RISE works with various community groups and local professionals to offer FREE community health & exercise classes for local residents at the RISE Center.
Join us every Wednesday at 1:00PM for RISE and Exercise: Led by instructors from the YMCA, this class goes through basic stretches and exercises with a focus on promoting flexibility and strength training. Exercises are performed both seated and standing. All levels are welcome and all equipment will be provided. Each class is 45 minutes and FREE to the public.
