RISE has ongoing outreach programs with local health care providers and community partners to help keep neighbors healthy throughout the seasons.
RISE wants to make sure everyone stays healthy this spring!
We encourage you to get a flu shot and/or COVID-19 vaccine and offer assistance ordering free at-home COVID-19 test kits.
RISE and St. John's Episcopal Hospital mobile unit host "Flu Shot Fridays," the first Friday of every month until April 5, 2024.
We are working with New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene as a community partner to get the word out and help inform the Rockaways of updates on local health data and immunizations. Together, we can keep our family, friends, and neighbors Rockaway strong!
